Hi, I’m Leon - the jeweller behind LRK.

Thanks for joining my journey as LRK Jewellers. I first started working at the bench when I was 15, not realising then how much this craft would shape my life.

 Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to create jewellery for some of the biggest retailers in Australia, but something was always missing. I realised that what I loved about the industry was the stories and the connections I made. I didn’t want to make pieces that disappeared into a shop window. I wanted to create jewellery directly for people, pieces that held real meaning.

That’s how LRK was born.

Every stone I set, every claw I shape, every band I polish, it’s all done with the same thought in mind: this isn’t just jewellery, it’s part of someone’s story. An engagement, a milestone, a gift, or even just something you’ve always wanted to own, these moments deserve more than a mass produced piece.

LRK is a small, family business based in the Redlands. My wife and I are raising our daughter while building this dream together. Because I work independently, there are no retail mark-ups, no middlemen. Just jewellery designed and crafted with care, precision, and passion.

This blog is where I’ll share a little more of my world - what goes on at the bench, how I source and select stones, the different design details that can transform a piece, and some of the stories behind the jewellery I create.
